It was a Happy New Year indeed for Eddie Murphy and Tracey Edmonds who tied the knot on January 1st. The couple rang in the New Year on a private island off Bora Bora in French Polynesia. About 25 family members and friends were there to see the couple tie the knot. Between the pair they have nine children (Murphy has seven, Edmonds has two), but interestingly, none were in attendance.
This is the second marriage for both Murphy and Edmonds. Murphy was previously married to Nicole Mitchell for 12 years and Edmonds was married to Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds for 13 years.
