Speidi Elopes - Yes, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are Married

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, eloped in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico this past Thursday, November 20, according to UsMagazine.com.

The couple, who rose to fame as "the couple everyone loves to hate" on MTV's The Hills, got married in a secret ceremony in which Montag's family wasn't even included.

According to UsMagazine.com, Pratt, 25, and his creepy flesh-colored beard (thank Joel McHale of E!'s The Soup for that one!) told his bride at the altar, "Heidi, from the moment you came into my life, I knew my life would never be the same without you. You are the light in my life like the sun to the earth! Your loving warmth makes me want to be a better person. Being with you, I feel complete. I'm honored to even be able to call you my wife. You are the most amazing, loving and caring woman on this planet. I will love you forever and always."

The couple has had a roller-coaster of a relationship over the past couple of years. Their relationship, which ultimately broke up the friendship between Montag and The Hills' star, Lauren Conrad, is what put the show on the map.

Pratt proposed to Montag in 2007, after just 8 months of dating. Pratt has played manager for Montag and her "dead from the start" music career. He has been know for his shameless promoting of anything and everything and was even called out by David Letterman the last time Conrad appeared on the show for trying to plug a watch he was wearing. Letterman told Conrad how Pratt was staring at his own watch the entire time and fidgeting with it the entire time, but Letterman never acknowledged the watch.

The couple had also started making requests for who they would like to sponsor their wedding, which of course, only made their "annoyance" factor rise.

Montag apparently contacted her mother just before the ceremony to let her know that something big was happening, and her mother hoped that she and Pratt were breaking up. When Montag indicated that it were something the complete opposite, Montag's mother told her, "Well, if you ever plan on getting married just know that your stepdad is really upset that you want your father to walk you down the aisle."
