Simon Cowell is Engaged

As he ever-so-cleverly told Jay Leno and his audience last week, Simon Cowell is ready to make someone happy.

The lucky girl? American Idol make-up artist, Mezhgan Hussainy, is the one woman Cowell, 50, wants to make happy. In fact, on his appearance last week on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, Hussainy actually joined Cowell on the interview couch.

They didn't mention when they would be tying the knot, but with Cowell's high standards, you know that wedding won't be "utterly appalling." That is one of my favorite phrases Cowell uses on American Idol.
